Ready to Start or Expand Your Business?Powered by West End Neighborhood House, Launcher equips entrepreneurs with the tools to start or expand their businesses and provides ongoing resources for sustained success. The Launcher program currently serves the communities of Bear, Claymont, New Castle, Wilmington (West and Northeast), Dover, and Georgetown in Delaware.

What we do
Our Services
Business Education
Launcher provides a Business Education Program twice a year consisting of a 2 hour weekly interactive class for 12 weeks. After completing the program, participants will receive THREE transfer credits from WILMU to further their education; if desired.
Promote Small Businesses
Launcher will work closely with our network of community partners to promote our entrepreneurs and encourage the use of small businesses.
business Assistance
Launcher will provide 5 hours of business support to each student during the 12 week program, as well as an additional 5 hours after graduation to connect you with needed resources.
Workshops
Launcher will either promote or host monthly workshops for all entrepreneurs in our local communities, to provide FREE or LOW COST discussions on topics to help your business grow.
